- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
- Items must be in perfect condition: unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the stated period.

Sale Items

All promotional, discounted, or coupon-applied items are final sale.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Product Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for the same item in the event of manufacturing defects or damage, and only if purchased at full price.
- The maximum time to request an exchange for a defective item is 10 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item. Return processing may take between 2 to 3 business days after the package has been received at our offices.

Return Shipping Costs

- Orders within the U.S.: LPTrends will cover the return shipping, but a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the issued store credit.
- International orders: No prepaid labels are provided. Customers must cover the return shipping costs.

Lost Packages

Once the package has left our facilities, we are not responsible for any loss or delays caused by the shipping carrier. In the event of a loss, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the respective courier. We recommend providing a secure address where someone can receive the package.

Gift Policy

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a digital gift certificate will be issued.
